The Nature of the Solar System
By Joseph Kirch
The solar system adheres to symmetry. It is logical. There is reason. It is “almost” mechanical.
Copernicus advocated a sun centered solar system, stating that the planets orbited the sun. Kepler proved the motion of the planets. Galileo invented the telescope and was able to substantiate much of their work. Newton proved that the universe adheres to Natural Laws. All were greatly controversial during their time. All changed the way Man viewed the solar system and the universe.
All showed that science can explain the Nature of the Solar System.
One might venture to state that the solar system is one great time piece. That the sun is the center of the solar system; and provides the heat, light, and source of gravity in which all of the planets orbit. That it is the conduit from which all electromagnetic energy is derived. Further, one might venture to say that without the planets, the sun could not and would not exist; that it is the motion of the planets which create the “flow” of electromagnetic energy which creates the gravity, like a huge generator, which makes the entire process possible. The image of a generator comes to mind, with a center pole, and a coil of wire around it. The pole is spun. The spinning of the pole creates the electromagnetic energy which his created within the coil that generates the electricity, which is used to create light and heat.
Insomuch that the solar system is a time piece (or generator), it is Jupiter, which is 10x’s smaller than the sun, which serves as the counterweight, keeping the solar system in balance, and that it is Uranus, which rotates on a 97 degree tilt upon its axis, which serves as the gyroscope, keeping the solar system on a level plane. The image is one of a time piece. The sun is the center mechanism. The orbiting planets are the mechanical pieces which generate the electromagnetic energy by which the sun is able to create the light, heat, and gravity, Jupiter is the counterweight, keeping the planets from being absorbed or sucked into the sun with its massive size, and Uranus is the gyroscope, which keeps the entire solar system balanced, and on an even keel, so that the planets do not stray from their orbits.
While the notion of a time piece might seem absurd on this scale, see the mathematical relationships that exist. The earth is 93,000,000 miles from the sun. 93,000,000 x 2 = 186,000,000, which divided by 1000 = 186,000. That the sun is 10x’s greater than the size of Jupiter, or 1000x’s greater in volume, indicates that a relationship might exist. That the mass, or volume, of the sun is 500x’s that of the orbiting planet indicates a third relationship. One immediately see that there are relationships that exist which defy explanation, and indicate that a certain symmetry must exist, and that the solar system might be considered a mechanical time piece, and adheres to reason, and to mathematical explanation.
While many may not agree with this assessment, the relationships and the incident of 1000 indicate that Newton’s Natural Laws might extend to explaining the workings of the solar system in numerical values, and that the solar system might very well be viewed as a time piece, and that symmetry does exist, as revealed by the relationship between the sun, Jupiter, and Uranus, and the workings of the solar system.
That the solar system might be considered one large generator might defy logic, but it is questionable whether hundreds of years ago, one might have imagined the solar system to be as mechanical as it is, that it should not only provide light, heat, and energy, but that it might serve as the basis for explaining how the solar system works.
That the Speed of Light may not be constant. Like a rocket lifting off from the earth, light may feel the force of gravity, and more energy might be expended as it leaves the sun, and increases in speed the further it is away from the sun, till it reaches terminal velocity, if at all. That modern technology at this time might not be able to accurately measure the Speed of Light. If Einstein is correct, and energy and matter are interchangeable, then light leaving the sun adheres to the same principles as a rocket might leaving the earth.
